Icarus Quantum is looking for a microfabrication engineer/scientist who will take the lead in fabricating photonic and electronic structures around semiconductor quantum dots, building the most efficient photon sources. You will:

• Work closely with a world-class team of scientists and entrepreneurs, not only at Icarus, but also with our amazing collaborators at NIST and CU Boulder.
• Fabricate devices in one of the most advanced cleanrooms in the world

Your Competencies:

• PhD in Engineering, physics, or similar field
• Experience with microfabricating photonic structures
• Extensive knowledge in quantum optics
• Excellent communication and teamwork

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• 3+ years of work experience with Microfabrication
• 3+ years of work experience with Quantum Optics
• Doctor of Philosophy
