Workforce

Workforce Development for a Quantum Future

The Elevate Quantum Workforce Consortium (EQWC) serves as the workforce engine behind Elevate Quantum’s Tech Hub strategy, uniting employers, educators, training providers, and community leaders across Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming to build a globally competitive quantum workforce.

Our role is to connect resources, align stakeholders, and launch pilots that turn big ideas into action. From designing career-connected learning experiences to integrating quantum into existing STEM classrooms, EQWC helps translate industry needs into practical, scalable workforce solutions.

Whether you’re an educator, employer, or policymaker, we invite you to get involved. On this page, you’ll find:

  • Ready-to-use resources for introducing quantum concepts in your classroom or program
  • Information on active workforce pilots and partnerships with IBM, CU Boulder, Front Range Community College, and others
  • Ways to engage with EQWC, including joining working groups, proposing new initiatives, or hosting hands-on experiences
