Elevate Quantum Welcomes Melissa McMillan as Director of Operations

Elevate Quantum welcomed Melissa McMillan to the team full time this month as our Director of Operations. Mel brings a cross-industry background spanning geoscience, data science, and technology, with a Master of Science in Geophysics from the University of Arizona and nearly a decade in geoscience and seismicity project management before her pivot into data and tech. She holds a PMP certification and serves as Director of the PMI Mile Hi Women Connect Group.

Mel has actually been an incredible partner to EQ for more than a year, leading our operations, project management, and automation work. In her expanded role, she will continue building the connective tissue that turns a 100+ organization consortium into something that ships.
