2025 Physics and Astronomy Congress
October 30 - November 1
$425Spend a packed weekend in Denver making new connections, interacting with scientists and distinguished speakers, debating common concerns of the physics and astronomy communities and society, and visiting iconic scientific venues. Stay for the student costume and dance party on Saturday night!
The 2025 theme, Supporting our Phase Shifts, was chosen by the program committee to describe the radical shifts current physics and astronomy majors have experienced in recent years. Our goal with the 2025 Congress is to share with students how to shift into the next phase of their career, whether that is going to grad school, pursuing a career in industry or a national lab, or something completely unique.
The event is supported by the American Institute of Physics and hosted by Sigma Pi Sigma , the physics and astronomy honor society. Anyone interested in physics and astronomy is invited to attend.
CAREER EXPO
Are you interested in hiring the next generation of quantum scientists? Join the Career Expo at the 2025 Physics and Astronomy Congress! As the largest gathering of undergraduates studying physics and astronomy, this congress attracts enthusiastic, hardworking, and committed students, many of whom have an interest in the fast-growing realm of quantum communication. Make sure you’re represented at our Career Expo to show students how you’re leading this field and begin to scout your next hire!
