Colorado is after funding to continue fostering and scaling its local quantum industry — leveraging millions of dollars in state and federal money — and the state may get in on the action.

On Wednesday, Feb. 14, Gov. Jared Polis, Rep. Alex Valdez (D-Denver), Rep. Matt Soper (R-Delta), Senator Jeff Bridges (D-Greenwood Village), Senator Mark Baisley (R-Woodland Park) and others shared details about a proposed bipartisan bill that would commit $74 million through a multi-year refundable tax credit program to the development of Colorado’s quantum industry.
