Melissa McMillan is a Project Manager, Data Scientist, Geophysicist, and Entrepreneur with a background that spans energy, analytics, and tech. She holds a Master of Science in Geophysics from the University of Arizona, and after nearly a decade in geoscience and seismicity project management, made a deliberate pivot into data science and technology. Melissa holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is currently Director of the PMI Mile Hi’s Women Connect Group. She joined Elevate Quantum in 2025, where she focuses on operations, project management, and automation — bringing her cross-industry expertise in process optimization, data, and stakeholder engagement to support EQ's mission.
