Marlou is Head of Womanium’s Quantum Program, dedicated to advancing quantum computing, quantum sensing, and entrepreneurship and training the next generation of quantum leaders. She is a condensed matter physicist at NIST combining research on Chip-Scale Atomic Clocks with strong expertise in Quantum Materials and Scanning Probe Microscopy.
