Colleen is President of Colorado’s Front Range Community College. FRCC has the state’s most extensive optics technician training program, delivering key skills to support quantum technologies in the region. She most recently served as the Vice President of Student Services and Regional Learning Centers at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She has a doctoral degree in educational leadership, administration, and policy from Fordham University.
