At Elevate Quantum, Andrés Cuéllar Vega supports the development and operation of quantum technology infrastructure across Colorado and New Mexico. His work focuses on technical project management, laboratory operations, facility integration, and the deployment of new capabilities for quantum research, prototyping, and commercialization.

Andrés has a technical background in quantum, with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Physics from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and experience spanning research and development of atomic clocks, quantum communications systems for clock synchronization, and superconducting quantum systems. Prior to Elevate Quantum, he worked at early-stage quantum technology startups, where multi-faceted roles gave him experience across technical development, applications engineering, business development, and operations. His work and interests center on translating quantum science into practical technologies and building the infrastructure and operational capabilities needed to commercialize emerging technologies.
