ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute test plans for complex hardware and electrical systems and subsystems.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform root cause analysis on defects and work with development teams to implement solutions.
- Document test results and provide feedback to development teams.
- Support overall test strategy, including test procedure development.
- Occasional travel may be required for performing customer site acceptance tests.
- A bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with relevant experience gained in school.
- Cryogenic testing experience not required but highly desired.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with hardware, electrical, and software testing.
- Experience with complex system testing and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with or within R&D environments and/or complex or high-tech manufacturing a plus.
- Experience with developing and executing test plans and test SOPs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
