New Mexico researchers compete for $160M NSF innovation grant
A federal agency is offering up to $160 million over a decade for groundbreaking technology development, and New Mexico researchers are vying for a piece of the pie.
On Tuesday, the U.S. National Science Foundation Regional Innovation Engines announced 29 semifinalists, with two New Mexico proposals in the mix.
The opportunity would provide funding over the course of 10 years to project teams trying to create groundbreaking technology and bring it to market, according to previous Business First reporting.
